Thought this one fits well in this day also when i try to draw her face i have to forget all those odd and really creepy facial expressions she had in the show, it's like the guys behind the animation wanted her to look like that, there's a point of making the character silly and others making them creepie, heck Freakazoid had better facial expressions and they where funny.

Anyway i tried to make Frankie look seductive as possible, also want to credit to
