The Halloween Pinups continue this time Julie from Motorcity.
I think the costume fits well on her especially in the place she's in, i figure Dutch being an artist he can also come up with some cool costumes and why not paint Julie with a cool costume. Adding Roth was a nice idea and he agrees on that lol.
